 Mark Your Calendars... Official KU Tailgate Party
Wednesday, December 31 Don't miss out on the opportunity to attend the official KU Tailgate Party prior to the big game! Located conveniently across the street from Sun Devil Stadium, this event is hosted by the KU Alumni Association, Kansas Athletics and the Williams Educational Fund. Cost of admission is $45 for adult members of the Williams Educational Fund and/or KU Alumni Association and non-member pricing is available for $55 per person. Children ages 6-12 may attend for $20 and children ages 5 and under will be admitted free. Admission price includes a tailgate buffet including hotdogs, hamburgers, brats, grilled chicken, chips, potato salad, corn on the cob and assorted cookies. The price also entitles guests to unlimited soft drinks and water and five drink tickets for beer and/or wine provided the guest is 21 years of age. The KU Band, spirit squad and mascots will be on hand to spread the Crimson and Blue spirit! Pre-registration and payment are required by Monday, December 22 for this event. No walk-ups accepted! Sales will end on December 22 or when maximum capacity of 5,000 fans has been reached. *Please note if you have purchased a travel package with Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours, your tailgate party reservation is included. Visit www.fiestabowl.org to purchase parking passes. Tailgate Wristband Distribution Information: If you are traveling with an official KU tour group, you will receive your wristbands upon arrival in Tempe. If you have made your own travel arrangements, you must pick up your wristbands at one of the Tuesday gatherings or on Wednesday at the event.
